The calculation standard is based on the package weight and volume size, and the higher the weight and volume is charged.

Volume calculation method:

Comparing the volume weight with the actual weight, the heavier one shall be the basis for billing, and the rate shall be in accordance with the current standard.

Volume Weight (kg) = Length (cm) X Width (cm) X Height (cm) ÷ 6000 (cubic centimeters)

Weight reference: daily 10 pieces is about 0.04kg/box, daily 30 pieces is about 0.08kg/box, monthly 1 piece is about 0.02kg/box, packaging material weight is about 0.06kg

INNOVISON-Global does not take any responsibility for packages returned by factors beyond our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. In this case, additional shipping fees will be incurred, which is different from our usual discounted shipping costs.When receiving the returned goods, we will contact you through E-Mail for related matters. If we do not receive your response within 3 weeks, we will reserve the right to dispose of the goods.

Cancellation: Once you complete the order,we will ship your goods very quickly. We only accept orders that have been cancelled when they have not yet shipped. If the status already shows shipping,we must decide whether we can accept your cancellation order based on the actual shipping situation.

Refund: Providing you with a nice shopping experience is our primary pursuit. If you have any questions about your order,please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible. If you receive an error or defect (dry lens, broken lens, etc.) of the goods or parcels lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, we will refund you (need to deduct the promotional  discount used in the order) to you or reschedule to send the same goods to you.

Returns: Contact lenses are personal hygiene and medical supplies, so after you receive the package, we will not be able to accept any returns!If you have received the wrong product that does not match the order content, please do not unpack the product, please help us to take pictures and leave a message to us, the customer service will assist you in the follow-up processing. If you want to return the product for personal reasons or other factors. We are very sorry that we cannot accept it, so please fully consider and confirm before submitting the order.
