Orders usually take 1-3 working days to process, and cannot be shipped on national holidays. When you placing an order,you may suddenly encounter out of stock and logistics that cannot be delivered.If you encounter the above problems, our store will contact you as soon as possible.
If you buy multiple products at the same time, and some of them are out of stock, in principle, our store will deliver them together after all the goods in stock. Cancellation: Once you complete the order,we will ship your goods very quickly. We only accept orders that have been cancelled when they have not yet shipped. If the status already shows shipping,we must decide whether we can accept your cancellation order based on the actual shipping situation.

Returns: Contact lenses are personal hygiene and medical supplies, so after you receive the package, we will not be able to accept any returns!
